Priceless Privilege of Knowing Christ
How do you feel when you are acquainted with a person of influence and power? Your answer will probably be similar to many others who believe, it makes them feel "important". But what if I told you that the level of importance one feels by knowing a person of influence and power cannot be compared to that of knowing the Lord Jesus Christ. Let's read what the Apostle Paul says on this:
Beloved in Christ, what privilege we have! And more often than not we underrate this "priceless privilege and supreme advantage" because we fail to recognize the power we wield in knowing and following Christ. Now, I say this on the authority of God's word which makes clear that all things have been placed in subjection to Jesus Christ by God, the Father:
May God bless us all!!!
"7 But whatever former things were gains to me [as I thought then], these things [once regarded as advancements in merit] I have come to consider as loss [absolutely worthless] for the sake of Christ [and the purpose which He has given my life]. 8 But more than that, I count everything as loss compared to the priceless privilege and supreme advantage of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord [and of growing more deeply and thoroughly acquainted with Him—a joy unequaled]. For His sake I have lost everything, and I consider it all garbage, so that I may gain Christ," Philippians 3:7-8 (AMP).As Paul rightly points out, for us Christians, there’s no greater joy than the “priceless privilege and supreme advantage” of knowing Christ Jesus!!!

Now, I say this on the authority of God's word which makes clear that all things have been placed in subjection to Jesus Christ by God, the Father:
"For He (the Father) has put all things in subjection under His (Christ’s) feet..." 2 Corinth 15:27a (AMP).When we recognize that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has authority over dominions and power our daily lives must become a reflection of God’s salvation and an expression of thankfulness for this privilege and supreme advantage we have for knowing him!!!
May God bless us all!!!
